remembering your Womb wisdom

In this 40 min flow, I guide you into your womb in recognition of the deep innate wisdom that resides here, whether you have the womb as a physical organ or not. I remind you of the physical but also spiritual qualities of the womb space. My proposition is that you move in synch to your womb’s rhythms with the consideration that the womb can become a honing device throughout your life, where your inner compass resides.

In this practice, move through a gentle flow to create space within the pelvis to amplify whatever is present within your womb.

This practice is equally accessible for pregnant people as it is to anyone with along their life cycle. If you wish to add music to the background, this flow goes together with the following playlist in Spotify.

mothering the mother

Gentle flow focusing on creating intimacy, surrender and self-love, to mother oneself with unconditional devotion, like the Great Mother, regardless of our mother-daughter journey, our own relationship with motherhood and our connection to Mother Nature.

This practice brings in a deeper believe in the Self, so needed in these times of confusion and uncertainty, especially for pregnant mothers, whose birth plans, blessings, and postpartum arrangements are having to shift and change.

In this flow we will call in personal authority together with the deepest love for the Self, with the support of two mudras - yoni and padma mudra. To follow with music, tune in to this playlist in Spotify, specifically crafted for this yoga journey.

owning your birth space

Enjoy this yoga practice that seeks to prepare you to own your Birth Space.

Not only is Birth Natural, it can be incredibly transformational - deeply spiritual, and full of ease, safety and pleasure, especially when women claim their innate power and ancestral wisdom. Tap into your personal authority when it comes to birthing your desires and intentions.

In this gentle flow, I guide you through varied pranayama practices and an active meditation. These combination of tools may be very helpful in exploring, from an embodied place, ways to respond to the intensity of the birthing journey.

I wish to remind you that all birthing processes bring heightened sensations and emotions and yet, we can find ways to release control and master surrender in the waves of the creative process.

Regardless of your journey and what you wish to birth, this practice will be an opportunity to become actively involved in your birthing ceremony and envision what would that ideal birth experience will be like. My questions to you are: who will be by your side as your support? what internal and external resources can will you access? what additional information and planning may you need before hand? and last, are you ready to surrender all seeds of intention and be open to the variety of possibilities of how all may unfold?

To follow with music, tune in to this playlist in Spotify, that will allow you to dive deeper into your inner powers.
